What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept multiple payment methods - both domestic and international. In addition to the standard Visa and Mastercard, you can use Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal. For a full list of methods please refer to the bottom of the page.

What if I need to modify my order?

If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your payment information, so we cannot change the order.

How do I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we might be able to cancel your order if it has not been dispatched yet.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes we do! After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number where you can monitor the journey of your figure from us to your front door!

I ordered multiple items but only received one. Where is the rest of my order?

We take great care when packing our products as we know they can be very sensitive. As such this takes time, but we know you are eager to get them as soon as possible! That is why we would ship a toy to you as soon as it is ready. This may result in receiving multiple toys in separate deliveries.
